Terms of Service
GENERAL
First come first served.Don't rush me, ofc.I will decline the commission if you:
Delay payment
Not replying after more than 5 days
Spamming my dm with weird/hateful stuff
Talking about any stuff that makes me uncomfortable
I will not draw in another artist's art style. If you want to commission me, you're paying for my art style.
PAYMENTS
Commissions must be paid 100% upfront before I start.
All payments should be made via Vgen and Robux payment should be made via group or shirt.
PROGRESS
Progress will always be updated to the client! 👍 The client will receive sketches, artline, base color, and shading WIP from me while discussing any progress that needs to be changed after the payment in DMS.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
There is no shipping required.
Any deadline or rush will charge an extra price.
Personal Use does not include pdf. file, only Commercial Use (depends).
Commissioning will usually take me about 2 days to a month depending on your order including details and more in a piece of artwork /on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and con seasons.
USE
Commissioned works are for personal use only like pfp /emote /sticker /banner and crediting me is always appreciated!
Commercial use will be discussed privately in dm (Artwork for game assets/band/merchandise/ads/print).
Clients are not allowed to remove my watermark/signature for personal use.
NFT reselling or any type of NFT/Crypto related is not allowed.
You are not allowed to upload the commissioned artwork to any A.I. website.
Against any of my Terms of Service will be blacklisted and reported.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
REFUNDS
No Refund once I started working on the commission, so pls think twice before ordering it ^^lll
I have the right to reject/refund any order for any reason (if I feel bloody hard to draw)
